Description
The SmallRig 2428 Camera Shoulder Strap is designed for a better carrying solution of DSLRs. It can be worn as a sling, neck or shoulder strap. The strap features a dual layer nylon webbing, and an ergonomical shoulder pad filled with memory foam which is thermo compression formatted, helps relieve the pressures and pains on your shoulder and neck caused by longtime shooting and brings more comfortable carrying experience. The strap length is adjustable, the maximum length is 160cm and the minimum length is 110cm, to fit people with different sizes. Unique Rapid Link system allows quick attachment/detachment of the camera strap and provides your camera a safer carrying way. The strap comes with a QR plate which is compatible with both Arca Swiss and Manfrotto® RC2 tripods. Four lanyard holes on the four corners can be used to attach Rapid Link Connectors for more ways of carrying a camera. ,

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, send an email to rma@gamgaelectronica.es or simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
