The SmallRig Rosette Side Handle with Record Start/Stop Remote Trigger 3324 is designed to provide convenient record start/stop control for a stable and comfortable shooting experience. Lightweight and delicate, the all in one wooden handle is ergonomically designed to improve the grip experience. Its ARRI rosette helps secures the camera with 360 degree rotation. Comes with three control cables, supporting Sony A7II/A7III/A6000/A6500, Fujifilm X T3/X T4, Panasonic GH5/5S/G9/G95/S5/S1/S1R/S1/BGH1, and Z CAM E2/M4/S6. If you need to add a longer control cable under shoulder shooting mode by using Sony cameras, cable ID:3407 is sold separately. The handle is compatible with selected Panasonic, Sony, Z Cam & Fujifilm cameras. ,

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, send an email to rma@gamgaelectronica.es or simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
